By accessing Bushido Martial Arts Ireland services, facilities or website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General information

Bushido provides kickboxing and fitness classes for people of different ages. These terms apply to participants, members and visitors.

2. Membership and fees

Participants must complete registration and agree to these terms. Fees follow the payment schedule provided during enrolment. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds are subject to the applicable policy and may include administrative charges.

3. Health and safety

Participants must ensure they are physically able to take part, seek medical advice when unsure, disclose relevant medical conditions and follow instructor safety directions. Protective equipment must be used where applicable.

4. Code of conduct

Participants must treat instructors, staff and fellow members with respect. Aggressive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal. Members should keep facilities clean and report hazards.

5. Liability

Martial arts involves inherent risks. Participants accept responsibility for injuries or damage incurred during classes to the extent permitted by Irish law.

6. Intellectual property

Class materials and website content belong to Bushido Martial Arts Ireland and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy

8. Changes

Bushido may update these terms. Changes will be communicated by email or website update where appropriate.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
